Change

Walking through life, I have came to a cross roads. A place of pain and suffering. What do I do from here? Where do I go now? How will this effect my life? All of these questions cause me to ponder and it brings a fear with it. A fear of the unknown. A fear of how do I make this work for me now?

Many times through life’s struggles, we seem to be hit with a fork in the middle of our life. Which way do we go? Left or Right? Both choices have its advantages and disadvantages. And these choices seem to be mixed with some pain. Something that you just wish was not there any more. And sometimes, you wish you did not make it to this fork in the middle of your life. You want to turn around and go back to the way things were before.

There are things in our life that require us to step away from somethings we have been doing or places we have been apart of or people that have been in our life. Times of change come to grow us. We think of this journey as one of tremendous loss. But looking at things from a higher prospective, It is God taking our life and reshaping and making us to be everything that we need to be.

Think of the butterfly. How that there are stages in it’s life. We really don’t know how this process takes place, but we know only the stages. We do not even know if the butterfly feels any pain. All that we really know is after the process is completed, the butterfly looks so much more beautiful than the caterpillar it started out to be. So what am I saying? Take a step back and look at the BIG picture. What will this do for your life? How can God use this process in my life to get HIM glory?

Just remember this.. God knows how to take your pains and your losses and make something beautiful out of you. To speak through your testimony into someone else’s life. I know right now, you may not feel like it would become anything beautiful, but PUT your life into the hands of God. Let him sho you HIS process. And yes.. that means your hurts too.. Put it into HIS hands.. because he knows what he is doing.
